1. Processing Time
- Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from the date your payment is confirmed.
- During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, end-of-year holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.
- Order Cut-off
- Orders placed after 3PM GMT+3 (Kampala time) will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We partner with trusted carriers worldwide. Delivery estimates begin once your order ships.

3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping
- Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected carrier.
- Flat-Rate Shipping
- We offer flat-rate options for orders over USD 150. See checkout for availability.
- Free Shipping
- Enjoy free standard shipping on orders subtotaling USD 200 or more (after discounts, before tax).
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Carrier name
- Tracking number/link
- You can also log in to your Opulent Shopping account to view real-time order status.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International Orders
- Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their country.
- Please check with your country’s customs office for details.
- Declaration
- We declare the full value of the merchandise for customs purposes.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Packages
- If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please get in touch with support@opulentshopping.com within 7 days. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate.
- Damaged Items
- Inspect your shipment upon arrival. If the packaging is damaged or the wig is defective, please email photos and order details to support@opulentshopping.com within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Address Changes & Cancellations
- Before Shipping
- You may update or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing support@opulentshopping.com with your order number.
- After Shipping
- We cannot modify shipping addresses once the order is in transit. If your package is returned to sender, you may incur additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
