We want you to be completely satisfied with your new wig. If for any reason you need to return or exchange your purchase, please review the guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging (including all tags, accessories, cap net, etc.).
  • Requests must be made within 5 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • You must have your order number and proof of purchase.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Items worn, styled, or altered (cut, dyed, etc.).
  • Items missing original packaging or tags.
  • “Final sale” items are explicitly marked as non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Support
    • Email: support@opulentshopping.com
    • Subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #12345”
    • In the email, include:
      • Your order number
      • Item name(s) and SKU(s)
      • Reason for return or exchange
  2. Receive Return Authorisation
    • We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item Back
    • Pack the wig securely in its original box or a similarly protective package.
    • Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
    • Ship to: Opulent Shopping Returns Kampala RMA #: [Your RMA Number]
    • Retain your tracking number and shipping receipt.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Paid Returns
    • Unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, you are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items
    • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs. Please include photos of the issue when you contact support.

4. Processing Your Return

  • Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
  • Approved Returns:
    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
    • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  • Exchanges:
    • If the item you want is in stock, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost (for defective/wrong items) or at your expense (for other exchanges).
    • You will receive a new tracking number by email.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days of approval:
    • Check your bank account or payment gateway (e.g., PayPal).
    • Contact your bank or card issuer; it can take additional time to post to your account.
    • Still no luck? Email us at support@opulentshopping.com with your order number and RMA.
